KillBot Collected Data

8.1. KillBot is designed to protect websites from automated traffic, malicious requests, and behavioral bots. To provide these services, KillBot may automatically analyze technical characteristics of a visitor's browser and device.

8.2. KillBot does not collect visitors' personal data, including:

  • data entered into website forms;
  • clipboard contents;
  • the contents of cookies that do not belong to KillBot;
  • access to the webcam;
  • access to the microphone;
  • access to the user's files or documents;
  • any other information unrelated to the detection of automated traffic.

8.3. As part of its operation, KillBot may process technical information provided by the browser and JavaScript runtime environment, including data from the following objects:

  • window;
  • screen;
  • navigator;
  • as well as technical characteristics generated using HTML5 Canvas.

8.4. This technical information is used solely for the following purposes:

  • detecting automated traffic;
  • identifying indicators of bot software;
  • protecting websites from malicious activity;
  • generating technical browser and software environment identifiers.

8.5. Session data and technical information processed by KillBot are retained on KillBot servers for a limited period of time, not exceeding 30 calendar days. In most cases, outdated data is automatically deleted within 14–21 days.

8.5.1. KillBot may create its own technical cookies solely to support website protection mechanisms and verify visitor access. These cookies:

  • do not contain personal data;
  • are not linked to a person's name, email address, phone number, account, User ID, or any other personal identifier;
  • are stored for no longer than 24 hours;
  • operate only within the domain of the protected website and are not used, nor are they technically capable of being used, to track a visitor's activity across different websites;
  • are not used for advertising, marketing, or analytics purposes;
  • are used exclusively to enable KillBot's protection mechanisms and provide access to the protected website.

8.6. By accessing a website protected by KillBot, the visitor acknowledges and agrees that the above technical information may be processed automatically for the purpose of website security and protection against automated bot activity.
